I was relatively new to the area and did not know who to pick for my buying agent. I threw the proverbial dart at the wall and it stuck to Brandon Kley. We are so glad we found him! He went up and beyond at every step of the process and gave my fiancé and I plenty of personalized attention. He is so fast and efficient! Once I found 7 properties I was interested in from the Zillow App on a Sunday night. By 10am Monday he had arranged showings to all, and plotted the most efficient tour route so we could see them all the same day. I have trouble getting away from work sometimes, and I appreciated his nearly 24/7 support. He worked with us Sundays and late evenings. Communication was top notch. He is casual and easy going, and also very knowledgeable and professional which made us comfortable with all the important decisions. He did due dilligece in all cases to show not only the highlights, but the shortcomings of each property. In short, Brandon is everything a Real Estate should be.

I worked with Brandon Kley to sell my house in the Peninsula and cannot say enough about how FANTASTIC he has been to work with. I have bought and sold over a dozen properties and can say without a doubt that he is at the top of the list of agents I have worked with. He saw selling my house as an opportunity to build a relationship, not just close a transaction - and it showed through all he did. He knew the local area amazingly well, priced the property perfectly and sold it for the highest possible price. He was great to work with, staying in constant communication to let me know where we were in the process, creatively coming up with solutions any time an obstacle came up and leveraging relationships with top-notch contractors, landscapers and other vendors (I knew they were good because he had used them on his own house). Brandon has been a true partner in every sense of the word and I look forward to working with him the next time I buy or sell a property in the Bay Area.

My husband and I worked with Brandon about two year ago when we sold our house in San Bruno to move out of the Bay Area, and I think its worth noting our review then: Brandon is the best. It's hard to come up with a better description other than that. Brandon made us feel like his number one client from the beginning. He is organized and on the ball with a close attention to detail. No question was left unanswered, he walked us through the whole process (multiple times lol), advised us on some small changes that we could do to help the house show better, and answered every text, email, and phone call I had. His game plan was so impressive our house sold faster than we thought and we received more offers than we could've imagined, selling our home 25% over asking. This allowed us to move into our dream home without much effort. We would recommend Brandon to anyone who is looking for a hassle free home selling and buying experience. He made the process seamless and stress free for our family. Since then, we decided to move back to the bay area and worked with Brandon to find our forever home. My husband and I both agree that Brandon is simply the best. And now we can say this from a sellers stand point and a buyers. His attention to detail is unparalleled, his communication is the best we've ever seen (and we have bought and sold 5 homes). He answers questions before I realize I have them, he walks you though all of the fine print in buying and selling real estate so that you are an informed buyer or seller. He takes the time to show you properties (for us we saw at least 40, no joke), with a constant smile on his face and knowledge of each property. Brandon goes to bat for his clients with his supreme negotiating skills, no nonsense honesty, and experienced recommendations. We can't recommend Brandon enough for anyone looking to buy and/or sell a property!

Brandon Kley is a phenomenal realtor. From the very beginning, I was impressed with his approach, and he followed through to a successful purchase of my top choice. I was a first-time homebuyer. Brandon always made me feel, even though I was not knowledgeable, that he would respectfully give me the information to make good decisions. Perhaps more important than the way he treated me was the diligence and respect that he showed to everyone else. The seller, my lender, and the title company staff were all put at ease by his work. Brandon had prepared a range of great listings in my price range, and once I chose the best place, he did all the follow-up that led us to successfully close. Documents were always sent promptly, questions were answered with care, and he stayed involved in the closing process to keep it moving. I've moved in to my first home, and will be referring friends to Brandon as well.

Brandon was there every step of the way and helped me to find the perfect home for my daughter and I. He made the effort to understand exactly what I was looking for and he understood my priorities. He made the looking process and purchasing process as easy for me as possible and I had a very positive experience with Brandon as my realtor.
