Brandon was everything I could ask for and more. I can be impatient, stubborn and not willing to negotiate and I found my (selling) real estate transaction with him to be very pleasant. I was referred to him by friends that shared success with him also which was important for me. I needed a proven track record. Brandon is realistic and his knowledge in California real estate is evident upon first meeting him. He definitely under promises and over delivers, which worked great with my personality. I would also like to let readers know that in a dishonest world Brandon does not lose sight of his honor or integrity and I was impressed with this from the start. He made sound decisions for me and my house and I never once worried. He kept open lines of communication and texted me on a daily basis. Also very important for me. He had his hands full with my transaction as he was dealing with other people who had part ownership of the property and none of the owners were on speaking terms. The way Brandon interacted with each of us, one would never have known there were other owners. Completely professional and handled with class. I can't say enough....he is a great agent and is on his way to being the top realtor. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and treats clients like people not numbers. And knows his stuff!
