We do not live in Utah and know nothing about the area but have a daughter who will attend BYU for grad school. Given the high rental prices in the area, we decided to buy a condo near the college for her. The condo market there seems to have a pretty quick turn around. We didn't fully appreciate that at first but in all of our dealings, Brandon acted professionally and in a timely manner. He also helped us by showing us potential properties using Skype and teaching us about signing documents via a document sharing portal. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him if you are planning to purchase property in the BYU area but live in another part of the country.
