When my husband and I decided to sell our Ogden UT home, we wanted to go with an agency that didn't adhere to the traditional 6% real estate fee so we called around and left messages (it was Memorial Day weekend). Brandon responded the same day! We didn't know what to expect with this flat fee approach but he walked us through the steps, kept us informed along the way. We settled on a listing price that resulted in 12 or 15 showings (I lost track!) within 2.5 days and multiple offers above the listing price by the end of the 3rd day of listing. We were under contract within a week of listing the house! I can't say enough about how responsive Brandon was, not only to us, but also to all of the seller agents so that a great flow through on the viewings was maintained. We've sold 2 houses with Brandon over the last year and a half, and both times we were very pleased with his service. Both transactions went smoothly and finished on time. Brandon was an amazing realtor in bringing to a close a very difficult sale. Throughout the many disappointments and setbacks, Brandon was always upbeat and kept us on an even keel. The house was listed for several months, and was under contract four times, but the buyers backed out for a variety of reasons, although the house had been extensively remodeled. We so appreciated Brandon that we even gave him a tip! We would definitely chose him in the future!
