I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the home buying process. Brandon was incredibly helpful; he walked me through everything and ensured I felt comfortable. He was responsive and made good suggestions based on my housing preferences. Once we had identified a house that I wanted to make an offer on, he was great at providing advice on how to make an aggressive, but fair, offer. He worked closely with the sellers to ensure everything was scheduled and completed promptly. He even appeared for the home inspection although his presence wasn't necessary. Very prompt with clients in scheduling tours and puts a lot of time and effort in looking for the right house. Within a few days he had a list of houses and they all fit the description that I had provided. I definitely recommend Brandon.
