Brandon has helped me with renting my last two homes. My lease on my second home was coming to an end so I called Brandon to ask about purchasing a home. 28 days later we closed on my first home. He found the perfect fit for my family and I right away. From day one Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout this whole house hunting and buying process. I really liked how he did not rush or pressure us to put an offer down. After the 2nd day of him showing us houses, he found us our perfect home. After finding us our home, he referred us to a great lender, insurance broker and moving company which made our closing process go very smoothly. He also listed our other house for rent and found us renters at the price and by the date we wanted. In a matter of 1 month, he found us our dream home and listed our old home and found us renters. Brandon went above and beyond in helping us find our perfect home in our price range. We had a very fast close as the sellers wanted to move states. He helped us coordinate everything and since we were first time home buyers, he happily explained everything in detail as many times as we needed. He got us an amazing deal with extra perks in our purchase that I wouldn’t have thought to bring up in negotiations. He is kind, thoughtful and very generous with his time.
