Brandon has been an incredible real estate agent that I would highly recommend. We met Brandon as we were casually starting to look for a home.He was hosting an open house we stumbled into and we felt he knew the area, the market, and the people most out of anyone we had encountered, and that he would likely be a wonderful advocate for us. Fast forward to a year later and we are now in escrow on our first home after a long and picky search. But Brandon took down everything we said, even when there were contradictions, diligently worked around our schedules to provide a wide array of open houses and showings, and kept our expectations grounded with advice about renovations costs, market quirks, and the hidden costs every house has. With Brandon, the stressful and uncertain process of searching for a home with an agent became a happy and fun shopping outing with a great friend - who happens to be an expert in real estate. After we had been approved, Brandon walked us through exactly what to expect from the process starting with offers, negotiations, and ending with closing costs. Brandon worked with our lenders (we had three contenders at one point) and the Veterans Administration to meet escrow deadlines, setup and handle necessary inspections, remove offer contingencies, and finally get us into our home.
