Brandon Brown

My husband and I worked with Brandon as first time homebuyers. We had a very limited idea of the process and what to expect but Brandon explained everything to us upfront. Then throughout the process he walked us through step by step so we always felt like we knew and understood what was happening. Brandon was incredibly responsive and never made us feel like we were bothering him even with my random questions on evenings and weekends. Not only is Brandon very knowledgeable he is also super friendly. We felt like he had our best interests at heart and we enjoyed spending time with him. He understood that what price range we were looking to stay within and made sure to point out costs that we might not have foreseen having never owned a home before. Once we found the right house he was immediately looking at area comps to help us determine what we should offer to get the best deal for us. Then he stayed on top of the process and we never felt like we had to prod anyone along because he was already a step ahead. I could go on and on but long story short, Brandon made an incredibly stressful and confusing process feel smooth and almost effortless. When we are ready for our next home purchase I can guarantee we will be calling Brandon again.
