We used Brandon to sell a house in Orange County and enjoyed working with him. I called a number of agents to understand their sales strategy prior to selecting Brandon. He took the time to do an analysis of our property and comps before we even chose him, which is one of the reasons that we decided to work with him. Brandon was always immediately responsive, not only to me but to other agents who contacted him looking to schedule showings for their clients. He says he has sold 1300 homes, which I believe, and has seen it all. When our first offer fell out of escrow and we had to restart the process, he saw it coming before we even got the cancellation notification, and guided us expertly through the whole sales process, not just once but twice.
