Brandon has been my property manager for over 11 years. During that time he has assisted with the acquisition of many and management of all of my rentals. Brandon has a good list of vendors that are able to provide me with cost efficient options for services that are beyond the scope of normal maintenance when the need arises. Recently, Brandon has assisted in the liquidation of several of my rentals. Some of the properties had offers above list and all of them closed on time. This was accomplished during the Covid shutdown so there were some unusual challenges and he was able to navigate them efficiently.
