Working with Brandon was fantastic with our first home. So fantastic that we worked with him to upgrade to our second home a few years later. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and great person. Like many of our generation, we reached the decision to sell our home of 30+ years, which included an extensive remodeling. Brandon Anderson was recommended and we liked him from the very first. Partly, this was because he fell in love with our home, and saw what we had dreamed as we remodeled. Through some mixed circumstances, we knew we would be out of state when closing time came, and we would need to rely heavily on his expertise. He not only encouraged and guided us through the process of getting the house ready to sell, when it was time to list and show the house, he got leads, got showings, and the house sold in one week. His negotiations with the buyer and his agent were excellent which made the process of meeting the buyer's requirements a painless one. Then came time to close, and he was professional and excellent at that part of his job too. The closing was fast and smooth, we had presigned documents and given him Power of Attorney, and we not only had met our asking price but topped it by nearly 10%. We rate Mr. Anderson with five stars, with absolutely NO reservations. That should include some stars for effort above and beyond!
