Brando helped us get a single family investment property for section 8. Being new to the voucher system one is skeptical of the potential income. Brando showed us the properties that best took advantage of that program. After closing he had his assistant Candy help us get the property listed and rented out within the program. Almost 6 months later we're happy to have worked with Brando. Now the goal will be to hopefully get another.
