Brandin took the time to attend to our needs for the house, I was working overseas and he took it upon himself to fix every issue that came up on the house and finalized the deal. Well Done.

I ONLY rated Mr. Pettersen with 1 star because there isn't an option for no stars. I personally didn't work with Brandin Petterson. Not for lack of trying on my part. He wouldn't return my calls or emails. The property I was looking at was in the school area my children attend and in my price range. I received an alert for this property on 02/24/15. I immediately called, left a message and sent Mr. Pettersen an email expressing my interest. I had the money in hand and I waited 48 hours to contact him again about this property. I left several messages and emails regarding this home. I continually contacted Mr. Pettersen daily for over a month. I contacted an associate of Mr. Pettersen's and he forwarded my email to Mr. Pettersen and and his boss . After a month and a half on 04/01/15 I FINALLY go a response from Mr. Pettersen letting me know that the property was not longer available. I received 2 calls from Mr. Pettersen's associate and his boss. They both apologized profusely and offered to help as best as they could. I drove past the house approximately a month and a half after I finally heard back from Mr. Pettersen and the house still had a for rent sign in the front yard. I understand that being a realtor is a busy job. Looking for a house is a stressful process. I would have like to have been contacted in a more timely manner. If he is that busy with other properties then let someone else help with your workload. I would not recommend Mr. Pettersen.
