As someone who has purchased a house before I had an idea of how the process works but this was the smoothest transition to a new town and a new house. Right away Brandi was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us and determine what would be a good fit. She was willing to meet us at our convenience as we lived 2.5 hrs and had to commute to view our options and put in offers. She was very helpful during the entire process and really relieved my stress level going through a VA loan and inspection. Brandi was great to work with. She was patient with us as we tried to find exactly what we wanted, mostly from a long distance. She did a lot of legwork for us, through FaceTime, then made adjustments to her schedule to accommodate when we could actually be here to look at houses. We actually ended up coming back to this house, that we found all on our own by driving around. However, she still did a lot of legwork for us, as we were not able to see the inside when we found it. She worked great with our lender, even though he was not someone she was used to working with, and kept in constant communication with us and him during the entire process, all the way to the end with the title company as well. She works her tail off for each and every client!

Brandi Sitter made our home buying process very simple and pain free. She listened to all of our questions and concerns and did her best to give us prompt detailed answers and solutions.
