Visited my home, went thru every possibility, then she listed my home at a price well above what I was expecting on a Wednesday and by Friday 5pm I had an offer for listed price and within 30 days we closed!!! We inherited this investment property in Bethany Missouri, which is around 65 miles from where we live. We continued to use it as a rental for the next 11 years.
