Brandi was very patient with us. We kept going back and forth about moving. When we finally made the decision to move she was with us every step of the way. It was a bit rough because the market is so crazy right now! As soon as we would look at a house it was gone before we could even bid on it! Finally after several failed attempts with different houses we finally found a great home here in SC! It was hard leaving Ohio because we had lived there for 42 years +! She made everything a smooth transition!

Brandi was both the consummate professional and the guiding hand and friend to ease the stressful process of selling our home. She went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed while coordinating every aspect of the process from listing to closing. I truly cannot imagine a better person to entrust with your home sale. She brought exemplary market knowledge to the table and every piece of advice was solid. More importantly, she cared about us and our home. There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for her. She was never afraid to go to bat for us when it came to the hard negotiations, and if we ever had a worry or concern, she would alleviate it with one sentence: “We’ll get it done!!”. She never leaves a stone unturned, and would consistently follow up on things. Everything that she recommended, whether it was a contractor, a brand of paint etc, or even a decor idea was absolutely top-notch. Brandi is a great realtor. She is almost always available and when not, she responds back quickly. She is thorough, prompt, and diligent . Busy as she is, she took care of us as if we were her only best friends wanting and willing to take care of whatever we needed to be done. She is a can do person.
