Beyond expectations!!

From my Mom's Stage 7 dementia taking a nasty turn during the transaction, to me getting sick with a stomach flu, she remained calm and keep the Seller's, and their Broker informed. Everyone involved was wonderful and understanding. Being a retired Commercial Loan Officer I know how important it is to realize that life happens in a middle of transactions we sign. Many thanks to everyone involved and more thanks to Brandi for understanding my situation and making everyone comfortable with extending for 5 days on a cash transaction.
