We would certainly use Brandi again !!!

I currently live in the northeast and was looking to buy a house closer to my kids and grandkids. Although I have purchased (and sold) other homes, I have never attempted to buy a house 800 miles away. This required that I understand the peculiar rules of buying a home in North Carolina. It also had the additional challenge of not being able to do a drive by and of course, an in person walk through. Brandi took the time to explain the nuances of the housing market in North Carolina and , importantly, the rules specific to NC. She also was patient as I waffled from the type of house I was looking for and my budget. (I started looking for a ranch but ended up with a colonial). Through out the process, Brandi pointed out houses that met my goals and continuously offered suggestions. When I was physically in NC, Brandi scheduled a full day of looking at houses we had agreed on. Its important that we didn't just make up a list of houses, we spent hours figuring what made sense to look at given the limited time we had. She took the time to point out both the positives and the negatives of each house. I have not worked with an agent that was as knowledgeable, personable and hard working as Brandi is. That's where my title for this review comes from. I was under a tight deadline and Brandi accommodated me by working very long days and this was after we spent a lot of time deciding what houses to look at. She followed up with the sellers for every question I had and usually had an answer within a few hours. Brandi is professional, hard working, caring and a rock star agent. I am very grateful to have had the chance to work with her.

It was a true joy to work with Brandi. Brandi excelled in her knowledge of the area, especially since she lives in the community surrounding our new purchase. Her communication was unparalleled. I had to tell her to take the night off once, since she was so fast to respond and she deserved a break. Overall, Brandi’s professionalism could not have been better. We witnessed great collaboration with me, my husband, and college student. Highly recommend Brandi for future clients, and will be sure to pass her information out to others.
