Brandi Fugate

We talked to her and Kevin McManus several months before listing. They gave us great information on the market and general information about how to sell our home when we were ready. We waited a bit due to the pandemic. Kevin continued to send listings for us and we bought one and closed on 10-9. Our house was on the market less than 24 hours and after 2 showings, sold the next morning. Everyone on the team was very responsive and helpful. Closing the new house was VERY easy. Closing on the old house a bit painstaking but I think it is the nature of the beast. We would definitely use Brandi and her team again.
