We were so blessed to have Brandi as our listing agent. She provided us with great advice to make our home ready for sale. She created an excellent marketing strategy. Not only did she get us a contract within the first 24 hours, but she marketed our home so well that we had 6 offers! We ending up selling out home above the listing price!
