Branden was very dependable, he helped me through the process while I was in NY. He setup my appraisal and got whatever had to be fixed by the seller. I am very impressed with the job that the gentleman provided. If I could do it again I will not hesitate. If I had any questions he was willing to answer them. Great all round experience. Excellent!
