She made the whole process extremely easy and painless on my end. I did not have time to be involved in the whole process I needed a person to handle all aspects of this and let me know what I needed to do and why. Brandee did exactly that which allowed me to out of town handling handling my own things. In the end the house went well over asking price and sold quickly.
