We decided to move after almost 20 years in the same house. Brandee came in and set our minds at ease about the process and the “ins” and “outs” of getting a house ready to sell. She was very pleasant to deal with and extremely professional during the whole process. We were constantly kept in the loop on all things related to the sell. When an offer came in, she seamlessly walked us through the process and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Brandee did a spectacular job making sure we got as much for our house as we could. The buying process was rushed and communication between realtor and buyer was not fluid. Furthermore, I am not sure where this falls, but my realtor did not advise me that the house I was buying was that of her mother's. Shae was representing both the seller and buyer, I think? Repairs that were pointed out in inspection report were not all fixed/repaired. Storage shed, door locks, etc, for things I have yet to find.
My wife and I sold our previous home with intention of relocating to Midlothian. Right after closing, I got sent out of state on a long term assignment. Brandee and team did everything for us remotely for selecting and purchasing a home. Was a great experience. When we got a chance to return, our home was ready for move in.
