Brandannette helped the reviewer buy this property

Brandy came through in the clutch for the family.

As a recent Widower with young children that were in dire need of pulling extended family back to the area despite a seller's market. Brandy took the matter to heart personally. I knew she was the right person to contact after having purchased a home from her originally with my late wife, 13 years ago. My extended family wanted to see a house and she got us in the property within 6 hours as we FaceTimed them during the walkthrough. She helped us to navigate the bidding war with confidence and success. I was able to close the deal 22 days later with my children and mother in tow without a hiccup. Couldn't believe how seamless the process was and how quickly her team stepped up in order to close our deal on Valentine's Day to everyone's delight. Thank you Brandy. You literally helped our family to fulfill a dream scenario and start a new chapter in life that will enhance all of our lives for the better. Forever Grateful!
