I was able to sell my house well over what it should have went for. She vetted the offers and pulled out an amazing deal with no appraisal. She even took a lesser realtor fee since she sold me my first home years before. My new home is perfect and thanks to Brahna building a relationship with the sellers realtor, I beat out an all cash offer with my VA one. In addition, she gives the most amazing gifts upon closure whether you're buying or selling. I was blessed with an entire pool table!!!
