This is my fourth purchase with Brahna. I keep coming back because she’s excellent. She answers her phone day or night and always answers my questions. She knows what she’s doing and fights hard to make it happen. You definitely want Brahna on your side—she has always given me great advice from day 1. Can’t wait to buy property number 5.
Brahna helped me with the sell of my home and the purchase of my new home twice. When I met her, ahe wasn't even my realtor. She was the seller's realtor but she took over since my realtor had dropped the ball. She went above and beyond her realtor duties by helping me move with her own vehicle, finding me a loan officer that offered the lowest interest rate anyone had ever seen in this 2022 inflation, and even helping me with some renovations after my purchase. She always responds when you call, email, or text. Even throughout her fight with cancer, she still did her job from the chemo chair. She is very kind and will bend over backwards for you. I was able to sell my house well over what it should have went for. She vetted the offers and pulled out an amazing deal with no appraisal. She even took a lesser realtor fee since she sold me my first home years before. My new home is perfect and thanks to Brahna building a relationship with the sellers realtor, I beat out an all cash offer with my VA one. In addition, she gives the most amazing gifts upon closure whether you're buying or selling. I was blessed with an entire pool table!!! There are many other ways she has helped me but I couldnt list them all. I will close by saying this: you really cannot find a better realtor or person than this beautiful soul.

Brahna was AWESOME. She takes pride in her job and made sure that everything was in my best interest! I was so busy that she went around to several homes that I wanted to look at while I was at work and sent me pictures and videos of the inside and outside. She knew her way around Long Beach too. And even though I was approved for $500K, I didnt necessarily want to spend that much and she didn't try to pressure me into buying something that was more than I wanted to spend. I would def recommend her and will def use her again when I outgrow this current place.
