Given our lack of knowledge of the various Cleveland neighborhoods, Brady's help in directing us to areas that met our criteria and her patience in the several property visits that we had to make (some of them Brady even used video conferencing given our NY location) was outstanding! Even after the sale, Brady has continued to help us with various contractors to finalize our home improvements.
