Brady was extremely instrumental in helping us sell our house. She walked through our home, made suggestions for new light fixtures, paint colors and general de-cluttering. She loaned us her steamer so that we could remove wallpaper. She hired a professional stager which undoubtedly enabled us to maximize the selling price of our home.
