Selling our house with Bradon was a great experience! He helped us with the right pricing strategy to get us above our asking price. He communicated with us daily. He even helped put our garbage can in the garage when we weren't around. Great guy...great agent!
I have had really bad agents, and good agents, who I thought were great until I met Bradon. He was awesome! This guy was there showing home after home, finding properties I'd actually like, and nailing it on the head. I am not an easy buyer either.. I am a nightmare for people in that industry, but he killed it. I could not have asked for a better realtor experience. I recommend him to literally everyone that is looking to buy or sell, and I have family that is in the industry but they don't get my referral, Bradon does. If you want things done right, and don't want to feel used and abused in a market flooded with realtors, trust me when I say.. meet with this guy, you'll be glad you did. Hypothetically speaking, if you could absolutely murder your job, then I should have bought a grave spot, because he definitely did. You'll like this guy so much too that you'll invite him to your house party like I did. I still get emails and texts from him just checking in almost a year later. But if you don't want to use him after this recommendation, then have fun throwing your money and time away, because that is exactly what you're doing. I had high expectations going into finding a realtor. I wanted someone who listened and communicated incredibly well. Who had my best interests in mind above all else. Who was approachable and honest and someone who did not waste my time. I was referred to Bradon from a friend and when we set up our first meeting via zoom to meet he hit all those expectations in that first call. I had no reservations in signing up for him to be our realtor. There were no red flags. He was honest and approachable, and he wasn't pushy! I could tell he wanted what was best for us. So, I went for it. And I was not disappointed in any way! Bradon was on top of it on every detail. He was organized and thorough, he returned calls and messages quickly. He communicated perfectly. I never had to re-explain myself and he was always clear in his communication so that I understood what he meant.
