Patience of Job and a Sense of Humor to boot.
Two, long, exhausting years battling in this inane market. So I am a little picky with a strict list of must haves. I always knew the Yeokums were fighting in my corner. I was crushed at some of the really nice houses we were ridiculously out bid on. My defeat was not their defeat. A new list of candidates was just around the corner. Did we purchase "my dream" house? I am not really sure what that is, to honest. They saw possibilities where my mind was closed. The Yeokums found us a house were we can be happy. Sure there is some work to do, but then that is our signature stamp. Chose this agent as your realtor. You WILL see results. You WILL be pleased.
