My husband and I didn't have a clear idea of what style house we wanted. We knew more of what we didn't like. Brad was very patient as we viewed houses, lots of houses. He said the more houses we viewed the better he got to know our styles. I looked most evenings at online realtor listings. Brad was very quick to send emails with new listings and they usually included most of the houses I had saved online. He is from the area and knows it well. We got a great house. It's just the right size with an excellent location. He helped with the out of town closing and went to check the house for us until we got back to the area.
