Bradley Trauth

As a tenant, I cannot recommend Brad Trauth. The house we leased was not clean on move-in (dog fur). The carpet probably should have been replaced, but Trauth had it cleaned (after we moved in). The wait time for several work orders was measured in months, not days or weeks. On move-out, we were charged for paint and nail holes. Those are normal "wear and tear" and should not be taken from a tenant's security deposit. On move-in and move-out they attempted to have us sign blank inspection sheets.

Brad was a great help finding us our first home! He has great knowledge of the NKY area. He is very quick to respond and always on top of details. His building experience came to great use as we walked through the home and tried to visualize and estimate the potential updates. Brad helped us find a home in our dream location at a great price!
