Before choosing an agent, we conducted an extensive search to select the best company based on their track history, knowledge of the local housing market and promotion of their listings. When we met with Bradley, he spent hours answering our questions--providing objective data regarding comps in our area as well as realistic statistics on current their listings and projected time on the market. Considering we were attempting to sell in the winter during the COVID pandemic, we were concerned that selling our house would be challenging. Bradley made the process incredibly easy taking extra steps including assisting with the renovations, offering staging tips, providing professional photographs as well as a state-of-the-art video and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away! Our listing looked amazing and totally knocked out the competition.
