We were first time home buyers. Being a military family it is difficult to know an area and it's market when you move frequently, Brad was more than able to help us achieve our goal of buying a house in San Diego. Brad was patient with us helping us understand the home buying process and how we can best use our money to make this home an investment. He was also able to help us understand the VA loan process. He was able to show us as many houses we wanted to see and we never felt over pressured to look at houses we did not like or could not afford. The online MLS he uses allows us to filter homes for any criteria, and allowed us to request viewings with him very quickly. He is almost always available by phone, and the rare few times he cant answer it is because he is on the phone with a client, or in the hospital, but he will quickly get back to you. I will definitely use Brad and The Michels Group when I decide to sell or buy a new home! You really cant go wrong with Brad!
