Brad helped make this a very smooth process.

Brad helped me every step of the way throughout the entire process. Answered every question I had immediately, and gave some great advice along the way. He was great to work with.

Great experience for first time buyer

I was a first time home buyer and met Brad by chance. He was available, patient and helped with every process on home buying including guidance for mortgage, hooking up with lawyer etc Persistent with finding and being on top of showing homes and flexible with times. The paperwork process was made easy and smooth and even after closing he was available to answer questions!
