Bradley Goldfinger
I knew I wanted to downsize, but had no notion about the next place other than to stay in the South Tampa area. A friend introduced me to Brad and thus began an 18-month, low key but well-informed process of learning about and exploring housing options. Weeks, even months, passed by between contacts with Brad, but he was always available and soon developed a sense for what might work well for me. In December 2023, I let Brad know that I wanted to sell and start looking for a new home in the new year. We quickly established the search area and defined what I wanted in the way living space. Brad's experience, familiarity with me, and knowledge of the area made this process easy for me. In mid-January we started in earnest with the house to be sold. I had a contract on the house for sale by the end of January. It could not have been easier. In early February we began an intensive search for a new place, looking at townhouses, condominiums, and individual houses. We soon limited the search to one level houses. Even though I have lived in South Tampa for 35 years, I knew very little about so many of the neighborhoods. Brad's extensive knowledge of South Tampa provided the "pluses" and "minuses" instantaneously. It was a strenuous effort for sure, but within 6 weeks I had signed a contract and closed on a 3/2 in mid-April. The whole process was seamless thanks to Brad. He looked after my interests always, explained everything to me clearly, and facilitated the process flawlessly. What takes Brad's service to another level is his kind, patient and understanding demeaner, and his genuine desire to make you comfortable in seemingly complicated and stressful situations. In addition, he brings a working and real time familiarity with all the trades a new buyer likely will need to engage in settling into a new place. He took the lead in getting quotes and helped evaluate proposals. I could not be happier with the results.
