Brad was an excellent Buyer's agent for me. He knows the market and the areas very well and was able to add valueable input about some of my selections. He did not hesitate to add the good with the bad which is very important! My search lead us to properties and areas that made no sense (LOL) and yet Brad never lost patience or became annoyed. I'm glad that I was able to find him to be my agent and assist in getting me to the close of the condo. I would definately use Brad again! He's a gem!
