Since this was a company relocation, Broker Commission, Recommendations from Friends, and previous engagement were not an option (new to the area). But Brad was very understanding of what we were looking for and educating us on the area. Brad went out of his way to help with the Home Inspection while I was back in Pennsylvania finalizing my move. This was a challenging situation b/c we were moving the whole family in a short amount of time and my wife wasn't in-state to be at all the showings.
