Brad did a great job selling my home. In this buyers' market, Brad was good about being honest and upfront on what the expectations should be. I appreciate an agent who is willing to tell me what I need to hear as opposed to what I want to hear.He also had good referrals on a handyman/painter, as well as a carpet guy; both of which were very affordable and did good work. Investing in the property to have it ready for show helped us sell fast. We had a full-priced offer less than a week after listing.Of course, the work is never finished until close of escrow. Brad did a great job tracking the sell process of the home, and when numerous challenges arose he stayed on top of things to ensure the sell would complete. I greatly appreciate having him in my corner.
Finally getting all settled in my new location. Brad was a huge help in getting my house sold in California. We had lots of challenges to get the house sold (Rising interest rates, time of the year, buyers market), but Brad was able to get the house listed and sold quickly. Brad does not sugar coat anything and will tell you his honest opinion, which I like, brief and to the point. Brad was amazing! To give some background, it was my wife’s and I first time purchasing a home using the VA loan. We were nervous as we didn’t know anything about home buying. Brad and his team made the home hunting/home buying process easy! I asked millions of questions and he was never bothered about it. I believe the biggest help was that he communicated with me ALL THE TIME. He would respond within minutes or a couple of hours. It never took days to hear back.
