My name is Felicia and I scheduled an appointment with Bradley on Sun. Feb 23, 2020 at 4p.m. according to "Zillow'" schedule. Communication was fine up until the day of, all of a sudden. No call from Bradley, nor did he bother by answering the phone. Not to mention the voice messages I left at the call center and on the answer machine. The only response to I receive is "1" text message the following day. And even then an apology was not extended. I took this time out of my busy schedule to trust in a company that I thought was professional. Had I known, I would have never considered this agency to assist me on my first home. But I do want to thank you for you lack of professionalism because I found a better a deal in Byram!!!!
