Braden did amazing job while helping me and my wife buy our first home. He was always available to answer questions, even if he didn't know the exact answer he would find it and get back extremely quickly. Braden helped get us our first home. We are still unpacking as I write this review. I’m so pleased with our new home and I’m so grateful for Braden. We were originally looking closer to Phoenix, but I’m happy to say we bought our house farther out. My husband has a 45 min commute, but it’s so quiet out here and we can see the stars every night. On top of that, we live near other young families with kids, so my kids are so excited. And it’s a brand new house in the price range we could afford. May God bless Braden.

Started the process with Braden late 2024 with property searches and he was very helpful sending listings in my price range. Always returned my texts and calls, even when he was on vacation keeping me in the loop. He was also very helpful staying on top of everything working with the title company to get all the paperwork issues resolved in order to settle and close soon as possible. Braden went above and beyond with the purchase of our home sight unseen and even got us a better deal! Understandably, we were not the most excited to have to purchase a home without seeing it in person first, but Braden was so reassuring and helpful with the whole process. He FaceTimed my husband and I at each of the properties we picked out and helped us narrow down our options.
