Brad helped me find the perfect Phoenix condo and we made an offer sight unseen! We are from New York, and looked for a few months with Brad. He "got" us and realized what we wanted. He has a terrific sense of neighborhoods and fit. My son and Brad visited this condo and we made an offer - it was accepted and then I visited to see it and buy it.
