It's impossible to overstate how happy I was partnering with Brad Zibung to sell my home in Chicago. I've used other realtors in the past, but Brad was - by far - the most informed, innovative, and, frankly, successful. He also knows Chicago - and its market - like the back of his hand. But most notably, Brad is hard-working. He takes initiative, he's organized (very appreciated), and he knows how to get things done. Despite dealing with relatively difficult buyers, Brad kept the process moving, reminding me what I needed to get done, and taking care of 5x that, himself.
