Buying my first home turned into a seven-year journey. It genuinely felt like I had a knowledgeable friend looking out for my best interests instead of someone chasing a commission. When it came time to negotiate, though, his professional expertise really stood out. He negotiated a deal I honestly didn’t think was possible. What made the entire experience so much less stressful was the way he translated all the complicated legal and financial language from the lender and attorney into plain English. I always knew what was happening and why. Out of everyone involved in the transaction, Brad was the only person who consistently communicated clearly, answered every question patiently, and made me feel confident throughout the process. He’s the only person from the entire team I’d work with again, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thanks to his guidance and negotiation, I walked away with a deal so good that I felt like an Olympic champion crossing the finish line.
