Brad is an excellent realtor who was with me from the very beginning and through my first plumbing job—he has become a friend! As a first-time homebuyer I had a MILLION questions and concerns, and he always went out of his way to answer questions via text, phone call, or email. He was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. He included me in negotiation conversations, and would then take my wishes to the seller in a way where I didn’t have to stress.
