He masterfully helped us through not only the home viewing stage, gave us advise on how to bid the purchase. and steered us through the closing. He recommended the home inspector and wind mitigation professionals, which in turn helped my brother get discounts on his insurance. After the purchase, he has followed up with my brother to see how he is faring. Every step of the way he was in contact with both of us. Not only is he a great realtor, I respect him as a fellow human being, and a decent and kind man.
