Excellent. Went above and beyond what we expected. Brad helped with negotiations, always answered his phone and was always asking what else he could do to help us. This included making calls to the escrow company when they dropped the ball. We will definitely use Brad again!Highly recommend!

We had a number of odd things happen before we closed on the sale of our home, including our 1st buyer backing out at the last minute. We had had multiple offers so Brad went to the other bidder and was able to get the sale of our house closed only a week later than it was originally scheduled to close. We were then able to close on our new property, (a week late), but we were afraid that the seller of the home we were purchasing would back out because of the delay. Brad kept everything on track to the best of his ability, sometimes bringing us documents late at night. We were extremely grateful to have Brads experience to keep the sale of our home & purchase of our new home on track with all that last minute drama.

Our escrow was a little challenging and without Brad's expertise, our deal would have never got done.
