Brad's both a great guy and a great realtor. We arrived in Phoenix with no idea of the lay of the land. Brad quickly assessed our needs, got us familiar with the city and zeroed in on areas that might suit us. It took longer than expected to sell our home back east. As a result, we looked at a lot of houses with Brad -- laughing at ones that were somehow wrong for us, sharing in disappointment when ones we liked slipped away -- always in good encouraging spirit. When we were finally in a position to move on one we liked, him and his team got the deal done quickly and painlessly. We're now happily settling into a place that's damn near perfect and can't wait to see Brad again socially.
