He helped us with the minor things needed to pass inspection. I felt that he had our best interest at heart through the process.
Bradley is great at knowing how much guidance to give, while allowing you to step back and figure things out on your own. He went out of his way to let us go back to the house after we put in an offer in order to measure room dimensions, and was probably late to dinner that night because of it (sorry Lynne). Would definitely recommend!
