Before Brad Ray helped us find a house, we didn’t know the first thing about buying a house. Brads knowledge about the market is impressive but the way he communicated that knowledge to us as first time home buyers really made us comfortable and believe we could actually do it. Brad always made it clear that he was on our side and made sure we knew that he wasn’t trying to get anything out of us. Brad was always super professional and made us feel like family in a way that really surprised us. He made sure that we had what we needed to begin making our house our home. Brad is someone who really is in the best interests of whoever he is helping to find and buy a home. We never felt pressured by him to make any decision, he always made it clear that he was serving us and he really just went above and beyond. We could tell a thousand stories of how he was willing to go above and beyond like letting me stand on his back to view the attic of a house and walking up the road to get service to be able to get the password to a house we wanted to see. Brad really is the best realtor we could have ever asked for!
